What We Do[divider_line]Insert Your Text Here[/divider_line]

WeberSource LLC and The Source Alliance® partners work on behalf of client companies to search for and recruit highly qualified professionals; all fees related to the search are client-paid.  In every search we establish a solid working relationship with the client company.  This includes developing a thorough understanding of the position specification, organizational structure and company culture, as well as the client’s expectations for the prospective employee.  We then search for the best candidates, using our extensive network of referral sources and our databases of already identified candidates.

Our job at this point is twofold:  1) to determine whether a person’s qualifications, interests and objectives are consistent with the opportunity; and 2) to brief the prospective candidate on the position requirements.  If there is interest and fit, we will discuss the candidate’s credentials with the client and arrange for an interview. Once a mutual interest is established between the client and candidate, we become facilitators.  Your WeberSource LLC Consultant will brief you thoroughly on the client company and the interview process.  Your Consultant will assist in negotiating all aspects of any employment offer and will help identify any problems that may arise, working with you to resolve them.  Counsel on cost of living and relocation issues also can be provided. WeberSource LLC is not an employment agency, outplacement firm or advisor on career strategies.  We counsel only on the opportunities associated with our active search assignments.

Your assigned WeberSource,LLC Recruiter will manage the recruiting and selection process for you, and present you with only the best people for your business needs. Each Candidate goes through a multi-step certified recruitment and selection process, including:

  • Resume Information Verification
  • Interview
  • Skills Evaluation – From technical proficiencies to behavioral assessments
  • Employment Verification – Confirms job experiences and references
  • Hiring Decision
  • Matching an Assignment to Meet Client’s Needs

Each of these steps is crucial in helping you find skilled, qualified employees. But the most important part of our process is finding the right person who not only fits the job, but your unique company culture, as well.

Your Time Lost to Hire One Person

Hiring costs both time and money. In fact, more than you may realize. Take a look at the time involved for you to hire just one new employee.

Post on Job Boards

Write ad copy and post to one job board: 1 hour and 30 minutes. On average, 250 resumes are received for each corporate job opening. Many job postings will receive more, especially if you post across multiple job boards.

Reviewing Resumes and Applications

Recent reports found that recruiters spend only 6 seconds reviewing each resume. That’s 25 minutes for the first 250, but if you’re more generous, you could spend up to 5 minutes per resume – that’s over 20 hours!

Prescreening Candidates

It can take up to 2 hours to prescreen eight candidates over the phone.

Interview Prep

This includes scheduling interviews and preparing questions for six candidates. Plan on an average time of 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Interviewing & Wrapping Up

Activities include initial interview, testing, reference checks, final interviews, contacting other applicants, and making the employment offer which can add up to 7.5 hours.

Total Time to Place One Employee

This can range from a minimum of 30 hours to over 100 hours per position.

WeberSource, LLC Professionals can manage all of these tasks, so you can be more productive and cost effective. Let us send you a select few “fully qualified” Candidates that fit your job description and company culture. Our folks will hit the ground running!
